About Dr. Christine Pfisterer
Dr. Christine Pfisterer is a fellowship-trained physiatrist who specializes in non-operative musculoskeletal and spine conditions as well as pain management. She is double board certifiedby the American Board of PM&R and the American Osteopathic Board of PM&R in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Pfisterer graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree, where she majored in Economics and had a minor in Biology. She then received her medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Following medical school, she completed an internship at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in W. Islip, NY. She then completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UMDNJ/Kessler. Following residency she completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Interventional Spine at Coordinated Health in the Lehigh Valley, PA.
After finishing her training, Dr. Pfisterer practiced in Pennsylvania and New York. She then moved on to practice on her own at a private practice before joining Redefine Healthcare. Dr. Pfisterer provides her patients with the highest quality of care by treating them with respect, patience, and honesty.
Aside from treating musculoskeletal and spine conditions, Dr. Pfisterer has an interest in cancer rehabilitation.
