Spravato (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and major depressive disorder. Unlike traditional antidepressants, which can take weeks to work and target serotonin, Spravato acts on the glutamate system and has been shown to reduce depressive symptoms rapidly.
It is administered in a certified healthcare setting under medical supervision and used alongside an oral antidepressant.

What to Expect from Spravato Treatment
Meet with one of our board-certified psychiatrists to review your history, prior treatments, and determine if Spravato is right for you.
Sessions are held in our certified treatment center. You self-administer the nasal spray under supervision and rest for approximately 2 hours post-dose.
An induction phase is followed by a maintenance phase. Your psychiatrist monitors your response and adjusts your plan.
