Dinash Yanamadula, M.D., F.A.A.P.M.R., F.A.A.P.M., is board-certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine. Dr. Yanamadula specializes in helping patients find relief from pain caused by accident-related injuries, shingles, migraines, and conditions affecting the spine, neck, back, and joints.

He completed his internship at Temple University/Frankford Hospital and a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the prestigious University of Chicago/Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital. He then pursued a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine at Comprehensive Spine and Sports Medicine of Hawaii, where he served as Chief Fellow.

Dr. Yanamadula takes a multidisciplinary approach to treating acute and chronic pain, tailoring treatment plans to each individual. He has successfully treated thousands of patients, relieving their pain without surgery. His areas of special interest include low back pain, neck pain, nerve pain, and the diagnosis and treatment of joint pain.

He utilizes a variety of modalities, from medications to optimize pain relief to personalized physical therapy programs. If conservative treatments are not effective, he offers minimally invasive procedures performed in-office or at a surgical center under anesthesia. These include:

• Fluoroscopically guided injections to alleviate low back and neck pain
• Trigger point injections for managing myofascial pain
• Joint and soft tissue injections for treating joint and muscle disorders in the upper and lower extremities
• NCV/EMG studies for diagnostic purposes when warranted

In his previous practice, Dr. Yanamadula developed a ‘Center of Excellence’ in pain management, earning recognition from St. Jude Medical’s Neuromodulation Division. His expertise and commitment to patient care led him to be selected to train physicians nationwide in neuromodulation techniques. His practice was one of only three centers in Florida honored with this distinction.
