Together, we cater a specific program based on your current physical condition, age, lifestyle, and diet.

Our program focuses on three specialties:
Our Health and Wellness Program is a three (3) phase program. The program is designed to identify each individuals dietary needs and fitness goals to improve overall health and wellness.
PHASE 1: Education
Join us for educational seminars that cover the following wellness topics: nutrition, fitness, and mental health.
Ideal Protein Diet Consultation: We tailor a diet program to meet an individual’s weight loss goals with our Health and Wellness Coaches.
Personal Training Consultation: We tailor a fitness program to address an individual’s goals with our personal trainer.
PHASE 2: Implementation
Following the educational seminars and consultations, clients will have the opportunity to put their knowledge to use by participating in the Ideal Protein Diet program along with Personal Training sessions.
PHASE 3: Re-evaluation
The re-evaluation phases will allow the Health & Wellness team to measure how much progress has been made. This also allows the opportunity to re-balance clients’ programs to further meet their goals.
