Individuals who participate in our Health and Wellness Program will complete three phases designed to help you fulfill your nutrition needs and achieve your overall health and wellness goals. These stages are:
Phase One: Education
We believe that patient education is the first step on the path to wellness for anyone. Therefore, we offer educational seminars on vital wellness topics including fitness, nutrition, and mental health. We also provide consultations on diet and exercise, where we will provide you with personalized diet and exercise programs, designed specifically to help you reach your weight loss and fitness goals. Our Health and Wellness Coaches and Personal Trainers have the knowledge and skills they need to create safe, efficient programs tailored to each patient.
Phase Two: Implementation
Once you have completed the educational seminars and consultations, it’s time to put what you’ve learned into action by participating in our Ideal Protein Diet Program and Personal Training sessions. In this phase, you’ll learn how your newfound knowledge translates into real-life practice, with plenty of support along the way.
Phase Three: Re-evaluation
During the re-evaluation phase, your Health and Wellness team will measure your progress and identify areas that can be fine-tuned to keep you on the right track. After you’ve learned what you need to know during the Education phase and practiced during Implementation, Re-evaluation is the perfect opportunity to see what’s working and what needs improvement, and our nutrition and fitness experts can help ensure that you are working towards achievable goals with practical steps that will provide tangible results.
